The format is as follows:

first.last@f?.n?.z?.fidonet.orgorg

Where:

  First  = First Name
  Last   = Last Name
  f?     = Node Number
  n?     = Net Number
  z?     = Zone Number

So, you'd want:

  doug.crocker@f105.n343.z1.fidonet.org
