Well, you could say that - You can do it with WC 3.0 as well - you have the
option in makewild, in the securety profiles, to set "Fast Login" which is
what this is to YES OR NO. So, if you want only yourself to have fast login
rights, then just have the SYSOP profile have fast login set to YES.
