into the message to be sent, and wcGATE would interpret this as
an overide to the TO: field in WildCat!
* Fixed the command problem... Lserv now distinguises between
SUBJECT: and SUB + SUBSCRIBE lines in the message body.
* Lserv no longer places the user's name in brackets when sending
mail - this caused discompatibility with some messages in wcGATE.
* Lserv now automatically ignores any messages from "MAILER-DAEMON".
* Lserv now automatically ignored any messages from the WildCat!
Mail room.
* Fixed the problem with 'response' messages not being exported by
wcGATE - me made a mess-up with the message flags. Thank you to
Pete Nelson (author of the LISTSERV prog) for sending me the
correct flags. This also fixed the prob with messages not being
private.
* Lserv now trims data to be put into LISTSERV.DAT (i.e. removes
any trailing spaces.)
* New LISTSERV command 'HELP' returns LISTSERV.HLP
* Users with 'SYSOP' access (in LISTSERV.SYS file) can do a 'LIST
LISTNAME' to receive the users who are subscribed to LISTNAME.
* Users can now do a "list global" to return LISTSERV.LST
* Added ability for GET requests...
* Fixed the "UNKNOWN: NON-SUBSCRIBER" bug...
* Fixed a message looping prob where Lserv would start again from
Message 1 after posting a new message, resulting in a big delay.
* TOTALLY ridded the program of any possible listname to listname
problem... Lserv now strips the first 8 lines of any TO:, FROM:
or SUBJECT: headers, and auto-ignored messages from a listname.
* Message Pointer File added - see features.
* Added ability to LOCK the e-mail conf.
