Some "vanilla" text mode OS/2 apps use the Profile functions (INI files) and
will not work properly under TSHELL if the PMSHELL is not being used. Try
MSHELL instead (it's the PM WPS replacement that essentially gives you a
listbox with applications to launch). It will handle ALL PM, VIO, and WINOS2
apps that I have tested. Works with Warp II too.
